Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Annaniks AI Office website and client cabinet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the service.
2. The service
Annaniks turns approved requirements into documented, tested and reviewable software changes. Work runs in isolated environments and passes quality, review and security gates. Production release requires a separate, explicit owner approval; no production deployment, spend or external message happens without a recorded approval.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing or harmful content, attempt to bypass security, approval or tenant-isolation controls, or interfere with the platform. Reverse engineering is permitted only to the extent the law allows.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content and materials you submit. You grant us the rights needed to process them and deliver the service. Deliverables produced for your project are yours once produced, subject to any third-party components that carry their own licenses.
5. AI-generated work
Parts of the service use AI models. Output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving documents and releases before they are used or deployed. We do not warrant that AI output is fit for a particular purpose.
6. Estimates and fees
Estimates are shown as an AI cost in USD plus a 10% platform fee. For client organizations, work starts only after the confirmed estimate is paid. Amounts and any taxes are shown before payment. We never display a “paid” state that did not occur.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. It is deliberately scoped: it does not include HR, accounting, a native mobile app, autonomous payments or autonomous outbound customer email.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the law applicable at Annaniks’ place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any question, contact contact@annaniks.com.
